Hi Cheryl:

On behalf of Craig, Jackson and myself I wanted to thank you for helping us plan a wonderful trip back to Walt Disney World in Orlando. As we did last year,
we had perfect weather and a fun (exhausting) and amazing time there. Thought I'd send along a few points as highlights:

MONDAY:
Disney's Yacht Club Resort - Got the perfect room for us this year (3007). Beautiful view of the lake, the fireworks at Epcot and as a bonus a day bed
for Jackson which left Craig and I with big comfy separate beds to spread out on. The room was fabulous and impeccably clean every day. The cleaning
person left a different "towel sculpture" which included our son's 2 stuffed lions each day we were there.
Epcot - Got to see lots more this year including the pavilions, fireworks and more rides. Firework/laser show is unbelievable.
Via Napoli - Thank goodness we had reservations. Even with them, we waited 15 minutes (not bad). Is a very big, loud, busy place but the food was really
really good - fresh, hot and great servers.
TUESDAY:
Magic Kingdom - Got another good fix of Pirates, Haunted Mansions and Space Mtn in addition to lots of other things.
Yachtsman Steakhouse - Got the same waiter from last year. The steak was impeccable, service fantastic, ease of meal with kid in tow - excellent.
WEDNESDAY:
Hollywood Studios - Our son was big enough to get onto Rockin' Roller Coaster which we did 3 times. Our fav. Also managed to get onto Toy Story which we
loved loved loved. All your tips for all the parks had us wait no longer that 20 minutes (start to finish) for anything this entire trip. Woo hooo!
Flying Fish - Loud, rude, overpriced, wouldn't recommend to anyone. We managed to eat our appetizers but couldn't stomach our mains. Manager comped the
meal and we went outside for ice cream instead. The boardwalk is lovely though. Glad we boated over and saw it. A great place to stroll and relax.
THURSDAY:
Animal Kingdom - Took all your tips (and a VIP pass which got us 2 rides on Expedition Everest in 40 minutes alongside a FastPass) and loved the park. Got there
early and were done by 2 p.m. Had lunch on the way out at Rainforest Cafe. Nice treat vs quick service in parks. Oh and we had a fruity boozy drink which helped. Laughs.
Typhoon Lagoon - Fun, bit thrilling in places. Still kind of a gross out for me (not sure bikinis should be made in size 20 and men definitely shouldn't wear speedos -eewwww).
Son really enjoyed it though.
California Grill - A fitting finale to the trip. We had dinner at 7:30 pm with a gorgeous sunset, best table in the house, spectacular view of the Kingdom and all. Meal was
exceptional in or out of Disney. Waiter was fabulous. We ran from the Contemporary up into Magic Kingdom and enjoyed the 10 pm fireworks. Tired puppies by the end of the day.

My family and I are tremendously grateful to Cheryl for planning a flawless vacation for us! I asked Cheryl to plan our trip to Disney World because I knew that she was an expert
on all things Disney in addition to being well-organized, thoughtful and on-the ball. She did not disappoint; in fact she exceeded my high expectations! 

When we started the planning process, Cheryl provided me with several options for our accommodations and talked me through the many options that WDW has to offer.
We ultimately decided to stay at Port Orleans French Quarter and my husband and I both were thoroughly impressed with both the property and how well that particular resort
fit our family's current needs. We had absolutely everything we needed and more and I attribute that to Cheryl's willingness to listen to my needs and matching that with the right property. 

Cheryl secured several wonderful dining reservations for us, including the much sought after Be Our Guest, Cinderella's Table and the Coral Reef.  Our daughter loved meeting
her favorite princesses in Cinderella's castle as well as dining in the Beast's castle. Cheryl helped make our daughter's experience even more special by securing her a reservation
at the Bibbidy Bobbety Boutique right before we visited Cinderella's Table so she felt (and looked) like a princess when she met the princesses!

Cheryl planned our itinerary so we were able to maximize on every minute we had in the parks. We had four days and three nights and Cheryl set our itinerary so we were in the right
places at the right time and literally did not miss a thing. We were able to see the parades, fireworks and shows we wanted and knew ahead of time where we should be and when.
It was invaluable and without it, I feel confident we would have felt stressed and also would have missed out on so much fun!

Cheryl made our trip to Disney so special and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if not for her, our vacation would not have been nearly as special and memorable as it was.
I have and will continue to recommend Cheryl and Beaches and Dreams Travel to everyone I know who is considering a trip to WDW for their family. We're already looking ahead
to working with Cheryl on planning our next family vacation to Disney World.

I have never had a better experience with a travel agent than I have had with Cheryl Kutchmark of "Beaches and Dreams Travel".  I was given her name from a very close friend and
was leery at first!!  I thought I had to pay extra to have a travel agent book my vacation... However, I was very wrong!!  On the contrary, I actually saved money by using Cheryl!!  
 The deals and discounts she was able to acquire for me WAY exceeded my expectations.  There were upgrades, specials on dining plans, and many other things that there
is noway I would have gotten if it wasn't for Cheryl!!

Not only is she able to get us great discounts, but she is on top EVERYTHING, including dining reservations!!  She knows where to eat.  Offers suggestions to accommodate
anyone's palate.  And is willing to spend the time on the phone and online to get the best reservations for her clients!!  I have tried to make reservations on my own and it i
s extremely difficult (being put on hold for very lengthy time periods, and rarely getting the time slots that are most desirable, and that's only if you are able to get a reservation at all).
  It's nice to have someone doing the work for you that you know you can trust, and that you know only has your best interest at heart!!

Cheryl also offered many options when it came to choosing a resort.  There are resorts to accommodate everyone's needs!!  Which I never would have known if it weren't for Cheryl. 
She was very thorough when it came to explaining the difference price ranges and the reasons for the differences!!  Everything from amenities, dining options, room sizes and
room options, and what is involved in traveling from each resort to each park. Whether it be by bus, boat, or monorail... It all plays a part in resort pricing!!

Finally, I was shocked to find that Cheryl also had the knowledge and means to book vacations outside of Disney.  My family and I were interested in adding another week onto
our vacation to relax.  We wanted to check out of our resort, but stay in the area.  I mentioned it to Cheryl and she jumped right on it I had a list of house rentals and condos
the same day!!  Including prices, photos, amenities, and maps of the surrounding areas!!

I cannot thanks Cheryl enough for her hard work and dedication!!  I have recommended her to everyone I know and will continue to do so.  Needless to say, we will be
contacting her every time we need a vacation!!  I first spoke with her in February of 2012, and she has already planned 2 of our family vacations!!

The only way to describe this vacation was perfect! From the get go our travel agent Cheryl Kutchmark was awesome.  She was patient with the MANY questions I had
and was very knowledgeable, she handled everything for us, we just needed to be on time to our airport.  We purchased the Apple Preferred Perks that she suggested
and am glad we did it was well worth the price.  We waited in practically no lines and got on and off the plan in a speedy manor with a snack and a couple of drinks. 
We decided to stay at the Occidental Grand Xcaret in Riviera Maya, Mexico a beautiful resort where the grounds are well maintained, the food was delicious, the pool
s were large clean and refreshing, the staff was amazing and super nice I have never had such great service and everyone spoke English.  Our Apple representative
was readily available to answer any questions and booked our excursion to Chichen Itza.  The excursion was great AC bus with restroom meals and a tour guide
Francisco who was very kind and knowledgeable.  All this again made possible because of Cheryl.  Thank you for the best vacation we have ever been on you can
count on our business in the future, can't wait.

We had the extreme privilege of working with Cheryl for our 1st Disney Trip in February. I have heard many stories on how stressful it is to plan a Disney Vacation

We contacted Cheryl at the end of January to schedule a vacation for our family to Disney World for mid-February.  Within a day, she had our entire itinerary planned. 
Her attention to our family’s needs was tremendous.  We have a 16 month old and she booked us a ground floor room for ease with the stroller.  For our 6 year old,
she was able to reserve a character lunch at Animal Kingdom and found an opening for lunch with the Princesses at  Magic Kingdom (quite the surprise given ou
r last minute booking!).  We had several questions about the Disney dining plan which she graciously answered over email and even called us at home one
evening to explain.  Our children appreciated the postcards that arrived in the mail from Mickey, the princesses, and Chip and Dale.  The girls were even more
surprised to receive a postcard after we returned from Mickey and Minnie saying how happy they were to see us at Disney.  We are grateful for all of her help in
making our vacation so “magical”!

Dear Marie:
Our Disney vacation to Western Caribbean was absolutely wonderful!   With sunshine and 80 degrees everyday, it was just what the Doctor ordered since
2 weeks before trip, I had broke my foot.

This trip was planned as a graduation gift for my daughter Emily, who's life-long dream has been to "swim with the dolphins"!  She experienced this
and much more on her excursions  in Mexico and  on Disney's private island.  
With activities for our 11 year old, and a place for her to meet new friends, we didn't have to worry about her safety or her getting "bored" the whole trip!  

My husband and I dined at Palo the first night of our cruise.  This "sunset" dinner on the ocean was truly a memorable experience.  The food was amazing,
starting with a"pre-appetizer" and ending with a wonderful trio of desserts.  It was well-worth the extra cost to dine with such elegance and abundance of food.

Upon the suggestion of Marie, I had  a scooter on the boat due to my broken foot that helped me maneuver very well on this large ship.  Everyone was very
nice and accommodating during my trip! The shows were great, the staff was wonderful and this was voted "BEST VACATION EVER " by the whole family.    

Our Travel Agent; Marie Lovas was responsible for many of the "extra" little things that made our trip easier with my broken foot  and also the  nice little
surprises, like a bottle of champaign and Sparkling Apple Cider (for girls)  with a box of chocolates waiting in our room the first night we had returned
from activities!  She thought of everything, including having a wheelchair ready for me at my airport.  Her advise was invaluable on many things we
would not have known or considered on our own.  Thank you Marie!  Wonderful Memories! 

We cannot wait for our next Disney cruise!

Dear Marie,

We are back from our vacation and can't wait to get some sleep! We had a lovely time and Michael enjoyed the trip thanks to Disney doing what
they do best. He always had a good time in the Oceaneer's Lab & Club and it gave us a chance to go have some adult alone time!

Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. We polished off the bottle of Asti within one hour of getting to our room. I didn't realize
how good Champagne could taste! Thank you for that and the lovely box of chocolates. Everything was delicious.

We ended up getting the early seating for dinner somehow and we were so appreciative of that! As the days went on, Michael was more and
more worn out...something that isn't easy to do!  We didn't even miss having a verandah, but if we cruise again, I'm going to have to budget for it anyway!

Thank you for all of your help in planning our vacation. It went off with no unwanted surprises and many happy surprises.

Hi Marie,

Wanted to thank you for planning our trip to St. Ive's, and our Globus tour starting in London and continuing on to Hampton Court Oxford, Stratford,
Upton, Avon, Broadway, Bath, Stonehenge, Salsbury, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells, and back to London. We have never been on a train before, and
the ride was fantastic, and very comfortable.  We had no problems with planes,trains, or taxis. Also ....Our suitcases were always delivered at the
right hotels and picked up every time(we just left them outside our door).
The meals were more than perfect, and our tour guides were such nice people. Thank's to you we had a wonderful vacation.  Every time we didn't
have to carry a suitcase, or had a great meal, or saw something really cool, we would say......THANK YOU MARIE  for planning our Vacation.

I'm so happy that I chose to use Beaches and Dreams to book our Disney vacation! Cheryl did an excellent job getting

 me information extremely fast. We booked our trip within about 2 days of calling! Any time I had a question she

answered immediately. Not to mention her vast knowledge of the Disney parks! She gave us great insider tips and

 information that I would have never found on my own. One of the coolest things Cheryl did was sent my children 

post cards from the Disney characters. They thought that was the best thing ever and are still asking, "Did I get
